Information we receive
When you send an enquiry or request an eye-check appointment, you may provide your name, phone number, optional email, preferred time, message, and the product you are asking about.
How it is used
The information is used to respond to your request, discuss eyewear or contact-lens options, and arrange or follow up on appointments.
Storage and notifications
Catalogue content, customer requests, appointment requests, and owner settings are stored in EyeLook's protected database. New requests may also be sent to the authorised owner by email. Language preference remains in the visitor's browser.
Sharing and tracking
EyeLook uses its hosting, database, storage, and transactional-email providers to operate this website. It records privacy-minimised totals for page views, without advertising pixels or cross-site tracking.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to certain processing. You may also contact the relevant Cyprus data-protection supervisory authority.
Retention and security
Owner access is protected by a password and a second email code. Final retention periods, processor agreements, and deletion procedures should be confirmed by the business owner and Cyprus legal counsel.
